Specific duties:
Monitor process operating parameters for boilers, methanol and water chillers, vacuum absorption chillers, air compressors, dryers and cooling towers. Make process adjustment operating parameters, performed start-up and shut-down if necessary
Conduct water analysis for boilers, cooling towers and chillers such as: pH, conductivity, sulphite, phosphate, “OH” alkalinity, “M” alkalinity, nitrite and turbidity using pH meter, conductivity meter, HACH DR/2500 spectrophotometer and 2100P Turbiditymeter. Performed chemical dossing if necessary.
