Taken on the additional duties as Security Manager. Working alongside a local Security Contractor providing day to day Security on a Chemical Destruction Facility in Russia. Duties include the safe and well being of all employees and sub-contractors, control of site and camp access through badging system, property control, operating and managing video surveillance equipment, training of the local security personnel, Provide input to existing corporate security policies and procedures. Conduct site assessments of facilities and project areas, Ensure that recommended follow up steps are taken, as appropriate to ultimately reduce security incidents and mitigate their impact on the company’s operations. Revise and amend security policies and procedures as required after consultation with senior management.

Responsibilities include: the construction and planning of Camp; the procurement of fixtures and fittings; the hiring of local staff; sub-contracts; giving technical assistance in all aspects of remote site management including Health & Hygiene; supervising housekeeping, laundry, catering, logistics, camp / vehicle maintenance and overseeing daily operations performed by the Operations & Maintenance Contractor.
