1) Supervise the Installations, Service, Calibration, Repair and Testing of All Pneumatic and Electronic Control Instrumentation in the chemical Process and Utilities. Ensures That Such Work Is Performed In Accordance With the Company Standards, Codes and Practices.
2) Make any required Engineering and View Modifications as per Operation requirements.
3) Troubleshooting the control system and plant devices for the major problems.
4) Prepares various reports on normal, breakdown and critical Maintenance work carries out other related duties ,such as Monthly progress reports of chemical and utility area, work Permits , store stock requisitions, accident reports, why why Analysis and special technical reports like calibration records And offer’s technical comparisons.
5) Prepare the documentations required for quality control System [ISO and TQM].
6) Start Prepare for line 2 and 3 of the plant
7) Standardization of spares and monitor and control the Inventory status of field and control instruments
8) Monitor and report Plant Steam and DW water consumptions.
