I worked a county unit for 2 years.
I handled all levels of trauma including c-spine injuries, missing limbs, unresponsive needing intubation, cardiac arrest patients, stroke, diabetic emergencies, CVA, MI, COPD, broken bones, fractures, allergic reactions, snake bite, overdoses, gunshot wounds, knife wounds etc...
1 year in Paramedic program with a 92 average. I stepped out of the program with only 5 weeks left to go due to separation with my wife ( we went on to divorce).
Many out of town transports to san Diego, Tucson, and Phoenix, with behavioral patients.
Some fire training- loading and unloading hoses and equipment, setting up fans, traffic control.
I had the most detailed and well stocked ambulance in the fleet.
Organized and ordered supplies for my station.
Coordinated efforts one several occasion with Sun Care Life Flights.
Worked several mass casualty scenes where an incident command center was setup.
100% on all PCR's turned in. Correct documentation and proper narrative.
