 Involved in various Projects like ARAMCO, DOLPHIN ENERGY-QATAR, QATAR GAS,PARCO-UAE(WOPP) in planning,scheduling,periodic monitoring & updating of project schedule, Resource Planning & Loading,WBS-OBS etc,Plotting S-Curves, Cash Flow curves, Cost Breakdown Structure, Manpower, Equipment histogram,Executive report to top management. Preparation of Progress reports. Project coordination with client, Sub contractors, vendors and suppliers.
 Monthly payment Invoice/claim submission to clients, verification of sub contractors claims and take offs. Preparation of change orders, Evaluation of Sub contractor’s change order, and supporting data for extension of time claim and acceleration claims.
 Additional responsibilities include supervision of submission of various documents such as Work Procedures, Quality Plan/Procedures, Construction drawings, Document Revision notices. Various reports preparation, document controls, advising the management with respect to Planning, Project Status, contract clauses and conditions. Vendor / Subcontractor pre-qualification, requesting material approval, requesting material inspection by client.
 Keeping a close watch on critical activities which tend to delay the project, reporting the status of CA to the concerned department heads, suggesting possible remedial measures if requested by the management including altering of critical path, mobilization of additional manpower and equipment, shifting resources from non critical activities to critical activities which are occurring concurrently and having considerably high float etc.
