1984-1986 Main cook in restaurants and chef-cook of canteens in Poltava, Ukraine.
1986-1989 Canteen chef-cook/manager, bakery supervisor on oil rigs in the Western Siberia. Catering for multinational team of oil rig workers in remote taiga regions. Had experience of new canteens opening, fulfilled the entire management of the enterprises including supplies and reporting.
1996-1998 Main cook and so-chef in “Irish Pub” on Deribasovskaya, 13. Worked with an Irish chef-cook, making adaptation of the Irish and British dishes to the national customers.
1998-2000 Canteen manager of the Odessa Champagne Wines Factory. Entire enterprise management including supplies and accountability.
2001-2003 Launched “Hutorok” Ukrainian restaurant and “Faktura” nightclub. Provided selection of technological equipment, selection and training of staff. Main cook of “Zara Pizzara” Italian restaurant , worked with an American chef-cook.
2003 Manager of the main kitchen of the “Pan Pizza” company that provided 12 cafes all over the city with own production. Entire management of the enterprise with 25 employees including technicians, record-keepers, suppliers and drivers. Worked with an Italian chef-cook under my subordination.
2004 Chef-cook of the “Mister Smack” company . The specification of the company was producing and delivering hot meals all over the city to the offices and companies. Achievements: rising of the company income up to 40 % in 1,5 month period.
2005 Independent restaurant/catering expert. Supervised new restaurants and cafes opening, created projects, selected kitchen technological equipment and staff.
2006.02 – 2006.12 Manager of culinary department in “Oven” supermarket. Worked out own culinary products production and sales including supplies and reporting. Achievements: production increasing of 45%, sales of 49%, income of 65%.

1980 – 1984 Poltava Specialized College of Commerce and Business Management. Specification: catering; diploma with excellent values; profession – cook of 5th category. It was probably one of the best culinary schools in the country. Placed in the middle of Ukraine it had strong professional traditions giving the students good knowledge of the excellent national kitchen.
