Participated in the Pre-commissioning & Commissioning activities right from the beginning of Gas Recycling Plant

Experience in DDCS Panel & TDC 3000(Honey Well) as well. Thorough Knowledge of start-up and Shut Down activities . Having training in Simulator, Safety and Other related courses. Knowledge of SAP and taken training.
Holding valid Qatar Driving Licence.

Associate Membership of Institution of Engineer’s(INDIA) A.M.I.E.(Mechanical)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering(D.M.E.)

Hands on experience in Gas treatment plant.
Hands on experience in Demineralization Plant and
associated equipment.

A professional Production Operator with over 20 years of experience in
Production, Maintenance Operations, Installation & Commissioning & Quality
Assurance in the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Industry.
Currently working with Qatar Petroleum Company, Qatar as Sr. Panel operator.
Resourceful in Production planning, execution, process control and
enhancements, quality & HSE compliance.
Hands on experience on different makes DCS and Pneumatic control system.
Hands on experience in Upstream Three Phase Oil and Gas separators and Gas
Turbines (Mark V, Tornado, Nuovopignone), Utility equipment,
Wellhead, Operating activities at the Launcher/Receiver and working in H2S
environment.

Significant Achievements;
Specialised in supervising the operations of Control system used is Allen Bradley PLC.

Control process start –up, shutdown and troubleshooting of three stage oil
(Three phase/two phase) separation system (Using DCS from Honeywell 3000 system).
Produced water treatment systems by Controlled & Operated DCS and Pneumatic controllers.
Gas treatment plant.
Controlled & Operated TDC-3000(Honeywell),

Monitoring the operation of Crude / Vacuum Distillation/ Gas sweetening Units.
Safe start-up/ shutdown of the above mentioned units and handled all typs of emergencies.
