• Has 13 years of extensive experience in fabrication of Boiler pressure parts right from first line supervisor to Plant head activities.
• Has extensive experience of Man and M/c management and leading separate Membrane Panel manufacturing line set up with 5 critical m/cs, 10 nos engineers and 90nos skilled and semiskilled workers.
• Plan Yearly , Quarterly , Monthly and Weekly production targets and achieve them by close monitoring through series of meetings of Production and service teams.
• Preparation and presentation of MIS for Productivity, On time performance, Safety, Quality, O.E.E. and Rework to divisional head.
• Implement stream line production concept to achieve goals set through LEAN manufacturing concepts.(TPT, RFT, COST)
• Leading a team to Implement TPM initiative at 5 nos. critical work station across 3 plants of B&H.
• Maintain highest possible Safety standard through weekly safety audit, counseling, Training and Awareness etc.
• Ensure Highest possible Quality standers and adherence to laid down Processes and procedures through ISO 9001-2000
• Highest possible Productivity by deploying and switching over to productive process and continuous improvement in existing mfg. Processes.
• Familiarity with concepts like 5-S, KAIZEN, TPM, ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14000, MS-Office, Lotus note 5.6 and ERP-Operation for daily production activities.

• SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENT:
• Layout design, 5 nos. critical m/c installation for new Membrane panel plant set up with New Panel welding m/c imported from Finland , Tube to Tube GMAW Automatic butt welding station.(STT) and 500 Tone press for Panel pack bending.
• Training of Diploma engineers for Quality requirement and operational excellence to deploy them as m/c operators.
• Development of ancillary --Training and establishment of contractor for IN-HOUSE works contract for manufacturing of pressure parts.
• Productivity increase by 20% at manual operations in Membrane panel assembly station and 30% Output improvement at Deuma-old Panel welding station.

Working as Deputy Manager –Plant Head since August 2006 at Boiler & Heaters Division of Thermax Ltd. Pune –19 .
Thermax Ltd is a leading Energy and environment solution company in India.
Boiler and Heater division of Thermax Ltd is in the project type of business for supply of various Pressure parts for AFBC, CFBC, SUGAR, RADIANT, FM, HRSG , Oil & Gas fired boilers and spares for many existing boilers in India and abroad under I.B.R. and ASME stamp “S” and “U”
The pressure parts manufactured at B & H division mainly are Economizer and Super heater coils, Membrane panels, Piping, Drums, HRSG and assemblies of these pressure parts.
The manufacturing operation consists mainly of Hot and Cold bending of tubes, Various welding processes like SAW, GMAW, FCAW and SMAW for carbon and alloy steel material and Various heat treatment processes for different stages of production.
