Specialty Process Equipment Corporation (SPEC): Jan 2006-Present

Specialty Process Equipment Corporation is an “EPIC” company based in Houston USA. SPEC has its registered offices in USA, Dubai and Pakistan. SPEC developing lot of skid packages for various customers across the world and is doing EPIC projects of Gas Field developments in Pakistan for Tullow Pakistan (Developments) Limited and Dewan Petroleum Limited.

Currently I am working on Project of Gas Field Development of TPDL

Engineering:
•Preparation and drafting of P&IDs
•Design of General Piping Arrangement Drawings using CADWorx Plant Professional 2006.
•Supervision of Fabrication drawings of Pressure Vessels and tanks using CADWorx Equipment
•Design of Equipment layout according to industrial standards.
•Selection of pipe and pipe fittings according to process parameters and piping specifications.
•Preparation of BOM for whole plant in Microsoft Business Solutions, Navision.
• Design of all inter connecting and plant piping according to codes and standards.
•Preparation of piping isometric drawings for skids and plant
•Preparation of engineering data sheets for skids.
•Supervision of piping fabrication and skid fit up in workshop

Project Management:
•To assist Project Manager in smooth execution of project.
•Preparation of fabrication schedule for workshop.
•Preparation of installation schedule for first gas activity.
•Supervision of Engineering design and drafting department.
•Tracking of all procured items, instruments and sub contractor fabrication.
•Supervision of skid fabrication and testing according to FAT procedures in workshop.
•Weekly and monthly reporting to Customer of all departments.
