QA/QC Engineer / Senior Quality Control Inspector / Field Engineer

To enhance my technical knowledge, analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, creativity and versatility for the best achievement of the company that I’ll be working, with strong reference to my past work experiences.

More than eight (8) years of professional working experiences in different types of engineering construction, installation, fabrication, inspection and pre-commissioning of mechanical (static & rotating equipment) piping, welding, and steel structural for Petrochemical, Oil & Gas Industries, Utilities/Power Plant, Petroleum Refinery and other related industrial Projects. Conversant with the International Codes and Standards such as ASME, ANSI, ASTM, API, AWS, BS, ISO and Project Design Engineering Specifications & Procedures.
At present working as QC Piping inspector for Hawiyah NGL Recovery Project (Saudi Aramco) Saudi Arabia.
Last project working as Piping Engineer on LNG Development Plant in Russia.
Thirteen months workings as Piping/Mechanical Field Engineer for Gas Treating, Gas Dehydration & Mercury Guard and Ethane Recovery Units for both Train-1 & Train-3 and Sulfur Recovery Train-3 & Train-4.
One year working as QA/QC Piping/Welding Inspector on a Petrochemical Plant (Petrokemya Polyethylene Project).
Two and a half (2-1/2) years working in Gas & Oil Refinery/Plant (Saudi Aramco) having a major contract (Materials, Construction & Support Services) for the construction of various projects & service orders such as Additional Steam Supply, Distributed Control System (DCS) Tie-ins and Instruments Installation, Isomax Pump II Modification, Emergency Isolation Valves Installation, Refinery Shut-Downs, Desalter Instruments Installation Modification, Single & Double Acting Pneumatic Control Panel Modification, etc. As a QA/QC Engineer I was being exposed in different discipline of inspection and pre-commissioning such as Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation.
The remaining 2 years I was exposed on different mechanical type of fabrication inspection like vessels, piping, boiler parts, structural etc.
In addition I was proficient with computer programs (Windows Application) such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Project and other programs like Auto-Cad etc.
