Total responsibility for the BMC Remedy ITSM Projects from initial specification and analysis, to implementation, user rollout and training.
Provide pre-sales activities such like preparing proposals about BMC Solutions for the customers; provide many Sales Orientation Sessions to Sales force to teach them How to sell BMC Solutions in different fields and How to transfer the Vision of BMC Business Service Management (BSM Routes to Value™), preparing BMC Solutions presentation for customers.
Manage a team of three Engineers for implementing BMC Software Solutions

 Total responsibility for the BMC Remedy ITSM Projects from initial specification and analysis, to implementation, user rollout and training,
 Provide pre-sales activities such like the offered solutions for the customer’s check lists, Sales Orientation Sessions to Sales force to learn them How to sell BMC Products in different fields and How to transfer the Vision of BMC Business Service Management (BSM Routes to Value™) .On some cases, I suggest the solution depends on input requirement come from Top Management.
I have a B.Sc. Of Telecommunication & Electronics Engineering 1990–1995.
My area of experience includes Service Management Software, BMC Remedy Action Request System, BMC Remedy Help Desk, BMC Remedy Service Level Management, BMC Remedy Change Management and Oracle apps (Receivable, Inventory).
