Four years experience in ceramic process technology.
Knowledge of clay industrial processing from raw material to final product (roof tiles)
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to Lafarge roofing clay tile plants worldwide.
• Energy balance and material balance of the kilns with in European countries.
• To keep update operating procedures of the equipment use within the company and in some case creating new procedures.
• Undertake risk assessments and train to other staff members.
• Undertake necessary laboratory testing to a high degree of accuracy using the latest analytical equipment.
• Support senior staff in trouble shooting project.
• To work within relevant Health and Safety requirement both at base (UK) and when working overseas.
• Record data in line with quality control and developing Production techniques.
