PROCESS INSPCTION: Inspection of civil construction and building works.

Management of non-conformities
Internal audit verifications
Carry out compliance tests on site: leak test
Review and maintain all QA/QC document and drawing.
Follow up handing over inspection process including punch listing coordination.
Special works like sealing of cracks on walls & slabs.
Waterproofing works on roof slabs.
Sampling test: On Sand, Aggregate. Cement etc. Tests on concrete crushing test slump test, sieve analysis, temperature test. Dry density test, moisture test

Establish field inspection and testing procedures and monitor quality control activities on construction site in line with the quality control program.
Supervise a project dedicated team of QC inspectors in performing inspection and testing, compile records and reports with regards to all inspections and tests

Ensure that work is carried out fully in accordance with the project quality standards as specified in the contract and that the procedure laid down in the project quality plan to achieve these standards are followed
Assist the quality manager in reviewing and maintaining quality document, records, drawings etc
Carry out verifications/internal audit to ensure the effectiveness of the project quality system.
Ensure proper documentation of quality document- drawing, procedure, method statement, quality policy, quality objective, inspection and test plan (ITP) and to review these documents as need arises as per iso9000/2000 requirement
Identify quality improvement opportunities and organize quality awareness Programme.
Record and Report all non-conforming works or materials identified within the scope of assigned inspection activities.
Monitor/Report/ Inspect all sub-contractors works and performance.
Undertake physical inspection/acceptance of the works in accordance with the project Quality plans, inspection and test plan or as directed by the QA/QC Manager.
