Project/Planning Engineer

Position in Planning/Project Engineering providing the opportunity to make strong contribution to organization goals through continued development of professional skills.

Planning Engineer in EGYTECH Cables (El Sewedy) (Current Employment).
Responsibilities:
-Create Monthly Production Plan according to assigned target.
-Create Weekly Production Plan in priorities of delivery dates
(Machine loading), as well as Drum Plans (Weekly & Monthly).
-Create Material Requirements Plan (MRP) for the current monthly
plan, as well as for three months ahead.
-Calculate Factory overall efficiency, utilization and machine loading.
-Follow up the daily status of different orders and machines.
-Follow up the transferred work orders in companies of the group.
Achievements:
Special assignment to get full control of Production Planning by:
- Analyzing Down Time with respect to total time, to improve it.
- Calculating Actual machine rates and Average Performance.
- Calculating Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Plant Productivity.
- Setting theoretical machine rates.

Maintenance Engineer in BJ Services, Cairo, Egypt.
(Oct. 2003-Oct. 2004).
Responsibilities: Maintaining the equipment of the Company that are mainly Rotodynamic Machines as:
- Internal Combustion Engines (Diesel).
- Pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement) and Hydraulic Systems. - Air Starter Motors & Air Compressors, and Power Take Off's (P.T.O).
