• Logistics and Warehouse Team Leader at Colgate-Palmolive Egypt.
• Description of duties:
1. Control and review all logistical freights
2. Control all distribution and warehouses' activities.
3. Make sure that the document cycle is accurate.
4. Revise the maintenance schedule of the equipment (forklifts, pedestrian stacker) and trucks.
5. Ensure that the EOHS (Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements are implemented by all warehouses and distribution personnel.
6. Set a vision for the distribution and warehouses' managerial chart in accordance with applying pull system.
7. Planning, controlling and monitoring of all Logistical activities.
8. Deals with external contractors (labors, trucks, forklifts, warehouse renting, etc.)
9. Lead distribution and warehousing team towards achieving company's goal with minimum cost
10. Manage teams to achieve the 100% on time and complete
11. Set and lead a plan to achieve 100% customer service
12. Coordinate and communicate activities with corporate representative
