Senior Accountant in Hobas-Egypt for fiberglass pipes an Austrian
international co. member of Lokma group International for petroleum
& sewage pipes manufacturing:-
• Responsible for Account receivables of two companies in the group.
• Supervises activities in the accounts receivable function.
• Responsible for billing & collection activities such as sending
follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts, referring accounts
to collection agencies & maintains accurate records.
• Check new order entry documents & data to verify validity of content.
• Issue the invoices to customers based on contract terms, payment
or delivery which comes first to recognize revenue.
• Receive final payments from customers to settle amount due for
contract /order invoiced,tax receipt & L.G down payment.
• Declare sales tax & additional taxes to the concerned tax authority
to meet the legal requirements.
• Follow up & issue L.G statement for proper allocation & control
over L.G status.
