Earlier in my career I worked in sales and was promoted to VP of offshore Operations honing my intrinsic overall abilities to assess a projects dynamic and pinpoint the full scope of operation criteria.

• Manage and coordinate integrated project planning groups, including onshore/ offshore, and ensuring delivery.
• Completion of 31 offshore facilities worldwide on site.
• Proven track record of achieving contract completion on or under budget.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Ensure contractors compliance with project planning methodologies and procedures in conjunction with client Directorate.
• Provide comprehensive planning, work management and analysis during all phases of the execution of the contract or contracts.
• Risk management; performed bid assessments, oversaw submittals and estimating.
• Focal point for all mediations with client, owner/operator and contractors.
• Provide clear recommendations based on knowledge of financial, legal and technical aspects while maintaining balance between advocacy and risk.
• Staff management insuring proper staffing standards and competencies, organize and initiate group disciplines and objectives.
• Mature decision making encompassing complex problems, troubleshooting, all safety related issues, QA and QC to provide crucial execution of the critical path.
• Manage multiple allocated activities, programs, projected timelines, team directives as superintendent of barges and fleet.

• Compressors, control systems, pump systems, fire and emergency shutdown systems, hydraulic downhole controls, vessels, waterflood, manifold control, waste disposal systems.
