ƒ? Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility.
ƒ? Approve the weekly plans sent by his branches to the plant, thus ensuring reaching his region?¦s targets.
ƒ? Lead the multi functional team in his region (maintenance, logistics, administration, accounting and HR) to best achieve the region?¦s targets
ƒ? Lead his team?¦s development and training in a positive spirit driving at fair evaluation of individual performances.
ƒ? Monthly visits to all his branches and markets.
ƒ? Follow up on the cash collection with regional accountant, branch managers and supervisors.
ƒ? Control and navigate the operating costs of the region (branch by branch and activity by activity)
ƒ? Sign the rental and discount agreement with customers following company policy.
ƒ? Safe guard the company?¦s assets and develop tracking tools for those (vans, fridges, buildings, crates, HHT, cars?K)
