Central Workshop, Baroda
As Shop-Floor Manager for an ISO 9001-2000 certified workshop, responsible for rewinding of AC / DC Motors and repairs of other electrical equipment received from different assets of ONGC by adopting standards specified by the OEM’s.
Complete overhauling of Traction DC motors, Alternators, AC Motors and other electrical apparatus. Certification and Validation of electrical equipment, Failure analysis and Test report generation.

Process Plants
As Incharge Maintenance of Process plants for Repair and maintenance of equipment adopting the best maintenance practices at the Oil & Gas Process Plants located in Hazira, Uran and Mumbai Offshore of ONGC.
Develop and motivate the maintenance team for Trouble-shooting and Repair of electrical equipment.
Preparation and execution of repair and maintenance schedules.
Execute repairs and maintenance of equipment including Gas Turbines, AC Motors, Transformers, HV Switchgear, MCC, PCC, Control Panels and Diesel Engines taking due care of Safety of men & material.
