As Instrument Engineer in Kwale Gas Plant I have been working in the maintenance department and I am familiar with Foxboro Spec 200 control system, Fisher and Nuovo Pignone pneumatic control instruments, Fisher-Rosemount smart transmitters and various other control/automation equipment. Currently I have been working with the Emerson Process Management “Delta V” DCS (version 5). I am qualified to operate on Well Dynamics SCRAMS (Intelligent Wells) Completion. As a part of my job in the field I have assisted in the maintenance budgeting, control and scheduling activities have performed follow - ups on equipment performance and history, have been doing troubleshooting, calibrating and loop testing of automation equipment in the Oil/Gas separation, Gas conditioning, dehydration and reinjection, oil metering, fire alarm and utilities systems.
