• From July 1997 to September 2001, working as a chemist in technical services in CO-OP petroleum Co. in which I am responsible for:
1. Providing recommendations to the clients to use the proper lubricant (oil or grease) which suit their machine.
2. Withdraw oil samples from the client’s machines regularly and analyze these oil samples to make sure that our oils are working efficiently in their machines.
3. Solving any technical problems that may appear during the usage of our oils.
4. Scientific researches to produce new kinds of oils to satisfy all the update customer needs and follow up the new trends in lubricating oil industry.
• From September 2001 to 2006 , working in Sales department in CO-OP petroleum Co. in which I am responsible for:
1. Preparation of Quotations.

2. Develop an in depth understanding of the target markets and key customers within those markets and report on same.

3. Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and produce clear concise reports on a regular basis.

4. Identify opportunities to introduce complimentary products.

5. Liaise and develop a strong working relationship with clients.
