THE CONTROL SYSTEM WAS SIEMENS PCS7. THE PROJECT WAS HAVING THE FIBRE OPTIC COMMUNICATION NETWORK BETWEEN THE CONTROLLERS & OPERATOR STATIONS. THE PROJECT INCLUDES THE CFCs AS WELL AS SFCs TO CONTROL THE BATCH REACTOR AND PLANT. I WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT INCLUDING GRAPHIC DEV, APPLICATION SOFTWARE DEV, HARDWARE WIRING, LOOP TESTING UP TO THE FIELD INSTT AND MCC & COMPLETE COMMISSIONING OF THE SYSTEM.
