Professional Experience
Working as a design process engineer in gas refinery, Bushehr, Assalouyeh, Iran South Pars (2001-2007)
Responsible as process engineer in de-bottlenecking team of South Pars Phases 2&3 with Total Co. (2001- 2002):
• Resizing of all fixed equipments in gas trains and reception facilities (lines, control valves, PSVs and vessels)
• Rechecking the heat duty of all exchangers by HTFS software.
• Hydraulic re-calculation of pumps.
Responsible as process engineer in reliability team of South Pars Phases 4&5 ENI Co. (2004-2005):
• Changing the process parameters of LPG treatment unit to decrease the sulfur content of products.
• Modification on jet pulse cleaning on gas turbine filter intake.
• Solve the problem of H2S and RSH in dehydrated gas.
• Find the optimum parameters of gas sweetening unit by simulation and using as actual operating parameters.
Member of research and development group in South Pars Gas Complex Phases 4&5 (2004-2007).
• Document preparation for de-mercaptanization (DMC) of condensate for EPC project.
• Generation of PFD and P&ID for DMC project.
• Hydraulic calculation of utility pumps for DMC project.
• Total steady-state process simulation of phases 4&5 gas refinery to define the optimum energy consumption as a proposal.
• Investigation about hydrate in sea-line and effect of different ways of hydrate protection.
Responsible as process engineer in South Pars Gas Complex in engineering department (2001-2007):
• Developing methods for material and energy balances of the refinery Phases 2&3 and Phases 4&5 to produce daily production reports of refinery.
• Production Specification Monitoring which contains all products of plant (Condensate, LPG, Sulfur, Ethane, Export Gas, …)
• Daily monitoring of equipments and units conditions to find the best parameter of process conditions.
• Retrieving the process history of equipment or units during upset conditions or mal-operation for investigation of the causes.
• Chemical injection monitoring.
