JANA is affiliate to ARABIAN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY (NAMA) and project HASSAD will be realized by a new company called HASSAD Petrochemical Company, in which NAMA will also hold majority shares. HASSAD is a 169 million USD Project. Hassad Petrochemical Company under development is the third operating project of NAMA which is going to produce 30,000 MT/Y of Epichlorohydrin, 50,000 MT/Y of Caustic Soda, 45,000 MT/Y of Chlorine, 58,000 MT/Y of Hydrochloric Acid and 45,000 MT/Y of Calcium Chloride.


Involving in Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities of 30000 MTPA Epichlorohydrin Plant (ECH).

Trained by Showa Denko K.K [Licensor for AAL, ECH] at Oita, Japan.Reviewed Engineering Flow Diagram, Process Flow Diagram, Equipment Specification, Instrument Logic Diagram and Process Description for AAL Section.“Process Hazardous Analysis” by conducting Hazard and Operability studies (HAZOP) on operation of AAL Section.Prepared Standard Operating Procedure, Valve-to-Valve Manual, Operation Control Standards.Certified by YOKAGOWA INDIA LIMITED, Bangalore, India, for Fundamentals of CS3000 R3 operation.Member of FAT and SAT Team for AAL Section in CS3000.Worked with Process Training Simulator and trained by SIM Infosys.Process Training Simulator model is created by using VC++.Worked with 3D Modeling (PDS), Smartplant Review 5.0.

Monitor Start-up and Shutdown activities, ensuring adherence to the procedures.

To coordinate with maintenance function for completion of maintenance.

Responsible for manpower and all activities in production function.

Trouble shoot operational problems and continuously monitor plant performance& quality though Management Information Systems (MIS).

Collecting plant data, accounting and preparation of Production related reports.

Responsible for DCS Operation, CENTUM XL, YOKOGAWA INDIA LIMITED.

Active participation in increasing capacity utilization to 110%.

Plant Protection Team leader during emergency.SAP R/3 platform for issuing Work Permits.

I underwent induction training for 2 months in SPIC Fertilizers, Tuticorin, India.
