WELL TESTING OPERATION:
Operation of X-Mas tree (CAMERON, FMC, CAMCO & BHEL), Actuator operated Master valve and Wing valve, SSSV (DHSV), annulus pressure bleeding operation, panel board operations (BAKER, OTIS, BRISCO & PETROTEC), Flow line choke changing and adjusting, Flow line PSL & PSH switches, FTHP well equalizing, gas lift injection wells, Test separator handling, Well testing, BDV panel operation, orifice changing in the flow lines (oil, gas & water/ DANIEL), Flow and pressure recording (IIT BURTON, FOXBORO & ROSEMOUNT),well test monitoring through test separators, wllversed in chock changing, Monitoring GAS & OIL flow ,monitoring all the parameters for the test separator & plant, start up & shutdown of the well at emergency circumstances. Knowing all the safety procedures and precaution carried out in the onshore, offshore plant on ESD, FSD and SDV system. Isolation and hand over the wells to well service for perforation, Acid job, well cleaning, wire line operations such as SSSV removing, Bottom whole sampling, Reservoir study, down whole pressure analysis.

WELL COMPLETION /WORK OVER:
Equipment’s and system handled are pneumatic pump, POP, Landing nipple, Packer (Hydraulic and permanent), Expansion joints, Mandrels, SSSV control line spool, Seal, Tubing hanger, GLV, Dummy, Circulating valve, pulling tool, Running tool, Jar, Cross-over, RX54, RX34, Test sub, Pub joints, Straps, Buckles, Control line, Cutter, Band tool, Back pressure valve, Blind, X-mass tree, Shutdown valve, Double end nut and bolt, Pressure gauges different types of chokes, Needle valve, Teflon, Connectors, Swages, Ferrules, Caps, Adopters, Hand tools, Slip type elevator, Tongs, Power tongs, Slip Flow couplings Sliding sleeve, Fishing tools, Over shot, grapple, M.C.P.

WELL HEAD OPERATION:
Well Head operation, Well testing, Wing valve, Crown valve, Upper/Lower Master valve, Annulus valve, Pull plug operation, Well maintenance, hand over to Wire line job-SSSV operation up & Shutdown – hydraulic pump operation, operation, Drain Water Pump operation, Expansion Joint operation, Tubing hanger Seal leaking, Back Pressure valve operation, Gas lifting. Water Injection, Chemical Injection, and Change over familiar with Start up & Shut down Emergency Procedure & Troubleshooting etc.

D.M.E (Diploma in Mechanical Engg.)

OFFSHORE EXPERIENCE:
Operation of X-Mas tree- Gate Valves – Upper Master Valves & Lower Master Valves –Annulus Valves – Wing Valves - Annulus Pressure Bleeding Operation – Test Separator Handling – Unman Platform – Panel Board Operation – Operation of Oil and Gas Gathering Station – Flow line Choke Changing – Water Injection – Knowledge on flow line - Knowledge on Pressure Controllers & Level Controllers – Gas compressors and chemical dosing Pump Operations – Orifice plate changing – Taking flow chart reading – Pig Lunching & Pig receiving – Start up & Shutdown Operations of SDV,SSV and SSSV.
LNG PLANT OPERATION EXPERIENCE:
The Feed Gas Custody Metering System. AGRU. Process make-up to the amine system. The gas is liquefied as the LNG product in the LNG plant. The refrigeration or liquefaction system utilizes the Phillips Optimized Cascade Process system. There are three refrigeration services, Propane, Ethylene, and Methane, which are optimally cascaded, and powered by a total of six gas turbine drivers (two in propane, two in ethylene, and two in methane refrigeration service). The storage systems. LNG ship loading operation. Required utilities, compressed air, nitrogen (for purging), wastewater treatment and RO plant.
