project engineer

I am seeking a challenge position that allow me to involve in the development of the (Oil ,Petrochemical projects ) fields and assist me to enhance my skills and add to my experience developing my knowledge in this field and proving my ability .

Achievements :
supervision fabrication and welding works for ( pressure vessels & pipelines & heat exchangers).
·supervision the teamwork through welding works in projects that being inside or outside the company &in workshop & in site ).
·Supervision the welding works in pipeline projects like ( pipes wildings , fitting welding , construction of piping and other works).
·supervision welding processes like (SMAW, TIG, SAW WELDING) .
·Check the welding parameters and techniques for compliance with welding procedure.
·Visual inspection of the welded joints.
· Reviewing of all applicable drawings of (pipelines - heat exchangers - pressure vessels)
·Aware of international codes used for construction and manufacture (ASTM,AWS,ASME,ANSI).
Executing the post weld heat treatment for pipelines of alloy steel according to ASME code
·prepare the purchase demands of raw materials and machines that used in the manufacturing or welding like ( sheets , pipes , electrodes ,heat treatment ….etc) according to standards and codes .
prepare technical reports for the bids that concerned with purchasing the raw materials or machines used in workshop according to standards and codes.
