Presently i am working in a largesto Oil Refinery and my
Job Assignments are:
· Assist Manager Personnel & Administration/HR in routine office work.
· Provide administrative assistance to various departments/sections & employees, Protocol duties with VVIP, transport arrangements, Visa assistance service (Visit, transit), Official travel/ticketing arrangements within & outside the country, hotels/guest house reservation/booking.
· Assist in allotment of family & bachelor accommodation, guesthouses and temporary accommodation.
· Arrange Meetings and Schedules Appointments; receives visitors and calls for information requests, directing caller or relaying information to the appropriate parties;
· Organizing & coordinating School, Hospital, Club, Guest Houses, company functions, sports & recreational activities.
· IMS Coordinator for ISO 9001:2000 (Quality), ISO 14001:2000 (Environment), OHSAS 18001:1999 team.
· Budgeting & indenting of capital and revenue classification.
· Indenting Office furniture/Fixture & stationery, receiving, distribution & issuance.
Preparation of data list of employees and their related status.
· Maintenance and update record of Personnel Files.
· Issue Company ID cards.
· Coordinate In-House workshops/Trainings,
· Record Keeping Employment Applications Category wise.
· Coordinate Induction activities of new employees.
· Coordinate interviews whenever scheduled.
· Updating record of Organogram.
· Update and record keeping all type leaves, preparation Monthly On Call Duty Roaster, handling Time Management System, compensation allowance against Gazetted Holidays, assistance regarding the Loans for Motor Car, House & Furniture etc.
