THAR JATH DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, SUDAN

The Project objective is to provide a crude oil gathering system which will transport the produced fluids from Thar Jath Field located in Block 5A to a Central Processing Facility for crude oil separation treatment and transport the treated crude oil to upstream of existing GNPOC Heglieg Pump Station #1.

(January 2004 till present)

Producing the overall project schedule (The details of Engineering, Procurement and Construction activities)

Establishing Project Physical Progress measurement for the purpose of controlling and monitoring project progress as per Client requirement

Reporting and Highlighting to the Project Management Team (PMT) the status and identifying the key areas and suggest corrective actions

Prepared the Weekly, Monthly Report and presentation Material for the Client Information.

Scheduling, Monitoring and verification of the construction progress.

Based at the Site Office to monitor the Construction progress by analysing the Sub-Contractor daily performance and production rate.

Highlight the Construction issues and concern and any critical path in progress to the Construction Team in order to maintain the schedule and achieve the Mechanical Completion date as per plan.
