Responsibilities:
•Developed Project organization team, responsibilities and roles, relevant procedures, check lists and job coordinated procedures for all phases of the project.
•Assisted planning and schedule personnel in the preparation and updating of overall time schedule, man hour estimate and detailed scheduling.
•Contract negotiations with third parties. Participated in the vendor selection procedure and make recommendations to the project.
•Prepared Execution Plans and coordinate shutdown meetings with Operations, Maintenance and other contractors to ensure smooth and on-schedule shutdown and start-up of the plant
•Monitored schedules, project progress, resources and cost for all phases of the project.
•Coordinated with and provided technical support to discipline engineers, procurement group, client and vendors.
•Conducted and facilitated the HAZOP and 3D model reviews sessions.
•Reviewed and checked PFD’s, P& ID’s, LDT’s, Equipment data sheets and Equipment List.
•Prepared bi weekly and monthly progress report.
•Checked the conformity of the final engineering review and project technical documentation with design codes, general specifications, basis of design and regulation and laws in force.
