Commissioning Supervisor

Seeking assignments in commissioning / production with a growth oriented organization preferably in the oil and gas industry.

I self , Arjun Zope is now working for Petrofac International Limited as Commissioning Supervisor in Qatar,since September 2012. I have worked in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd for Lube Oil Upgradation project since June 01,2010 to September 2012. Before this project, I have worked with Snamprogeti for SAMIR, a refinery expansion project as a Commissioning Supervisor .I worked with Chiyoda Corporation in Chiyoda and Technip joint Venture at RasGas , Qatar as a PMC Engineer for RGX project of world's largest LNG trains. Before that I worked for JGC corporation since January 2006 to June 2007 as Commissioning Supervisor for precommissioning activities in BAPCO, Bahrain in hydrogen regeneration unit , hydrocracker unit and sulphur recovery unit. It includes preparation of utilities, carry out Air Blowing, Water Flushing, Steam Blowing of equipments ,pipelines as per requirement, tightness test and inerting of equipments MRI of rotary equipments etc.
Before this project I worked in Tuban, Indonesia for JGC Corporation in Paraxylene plant as Commissioning Supervisor since January 2006 to July 2006 in aromatic complex, manufacturing paraxylene , orthoxylene , diesel , benzene and toluene from naptha feedstock.
I worked in Bharat petroleum Corporation Ltd in India for commissioning of hydrogen generationunit, since June 2005 to September 2005 as Commissioning Operator.
Worked as Production Operator for Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited [ONGC], Mumbai, India at SHP Process Platform, since July 2003 to May 2005.
Worked in Reliance Industries Limited since December 1989 to June2003 as Process Operator in Paraxylene and L.P.G. recovery plant .
I have over 24 years of experience which includes precommissioning , commissioning and process operation in refinery and petrochemical plants. I have expertise in plant production planning, resource utilisation, & manpower management, process improvement/ modifications in operating procedure to enhance productivity.

Suggested alternative method for booster compressor pressurizing, which was immediately accepted and implemented.
While checking running equipments, find out seal leakage of a centrifugal pump in initial stage, the pump was immediately changed over and isolated, During change over the leakage was raised to the extended that all area was covered by fumes and sprinkles of aromatics .I was appreciated by GM and rewarded a certificate for it.
Worked with HERAMBH CHEMICALS since 15th June2003 to May 2005 as PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR.
The job involves solvent recovery of Benzene / toluene / aromatics from various residues. Documentation work like maintain batchsheet / production data & stock statement. Coordinate with Engineering Department for preventive as well as Break down maintenance etc
