Bio-filtration: Biodegradation of Solvents from Waste water
• The aim of the project was to bring a novel technology for the treatment of Solvents from waste water. Catalytic and Bio-filtration were selected to see the end results, I worked on Bio-filtration of solvents, on the first step cultures were grown using solvents on individual basis. The strength of Culture was increased with various experiments and lastly we used the same culture with mixture of solvents in Batch culture and than in Bio-filtration Pilot plant.
