• Egyptian Ship Repairs & Building Co. from 18/4/2005 till now in the IT section as an IT system engineer, my responsibilities was as follows

I built the network from scratch; the network consists of 200 Computers, all computers are joined to a domain on IBM X-series 226 servers. The server was designed to be Domain controller, DHCP, DNS, SQL, ISA and Exchange server.

My responsibilities typically include:
• Performing backups of data.
• Installing and configuring new hardware/software.
• Adding/deleting/creating/modifying user account information, resetting passwords
• Responsibility for security of clients and servers.
• Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
• Troubleshooting any reported problems.
• System performance tuning.
• Keeping the network up and running.
• Maintains network infrastructure switches and routers, and diagnoses problems with these or with the attached computers.
• Managing group policies
