ƒ?Preparing quotations and processing client orders.
Analyse client requirements, identify specifications and prepare offers. Issue service and material orders, track WIP.
ƒ?Manage logistics of service operations as well as spares supply in our allocated territory comprising of the U.A.E., Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Iran and Pakistan offices.

ƒ?Technical inspection of components - Inspection and measurement of various components to determine if they are within reuse tolerances specified by manufacturer.
ƒ?Failure analysis - Determine causes of failure and report with recommendations, negotiate financial settlements.

ƒ?Technical Support - Provide technical support to sales staff with a view to avoid errors arising out of technical discrepancies. Preparation of investigation and failure analysis reports for factory and clients.
