*More thane 25 years experience in instrumentation career for different companies and sites, onshore and offshore for gas & oil plants, chemical & fertilizer companies.

Experience history:

From Dec.16.1999 till now:
Egyptian Maintenance Petroleum Company(EMC)
Since I have joining with EMC, I have been working as the following:
1- Instrumentation senior engineer.
2- Instrumentation department head.
3- Site manager (maintenance project for HAPY site- GUPCO)


The major activities which I have participating :

1-Commissioning and start up for Ha'py gas platform (inside the Mediterranean Sea, about 75 km from Port-Saed), which includes :
Eight wells, manifold ,two production separators, test separator ,oily water separator, instrument gas skid( to produce pneumatic supply), wellhead Hydraulic Control Unit HCU (CAC panel), blow down& cold flare system, corrosion inhibitor system ,fire, gas & smoke detection system, lunching trap, diesel generator & solar cells and Motor Control Center (MCC).

2-Commissioning and start up for Ha'py gas plant (GUPCO-Port-Saed) which receiving the produced gas from Ha'py P.F. this plant includes: receiving trap ,slug catcher (pipes type),hydrocarbon separator ,gas pre-heater ,gas- gas exchanger, low temperature separator (LTS), condensate reboiler, glycol regenerator , fire& detection system ,fire fighting (energin) system, fuel gas unit, Instrument air compressor & air dryer. Also there is a power station consists of two gas generators and one diesel generator ,the power generated is controlling and distributing via Motor Control Center (MCC).

3- Commissioning and start up for Akhen gas& condensate platform (about 15 km distance from Ha'py P.F.) this P.F. is including:
three wells are producing gas and condensate , production separator ,fuel gas unit, micro turbine ,emergency diesel generator , wells Hydraulic Control Unit HCU (CAC-panel) ,fir& gas detection system and Motor Control Center (MCC).

4-Carrying out the preventive maintenance programs (PM's) for the above mentioned offshore and onshore units.

5-Carrying out the necessary corrective maintenance (CM's) for any defective device and system troubleshooting .

6-Modificating for some of process control loops to achieve more
stability and reliability.
7-Preparing and ordering required spare parts for the above mentioned offshore and onshore units.

Education: BS.c degree in communications engineering.

In these sites I have been working in all types of process control systems: pneumatic, electronic, hydraulic and programmable (smart) devices, construction, calibration, programming, repairing for many instrumentation manufacturers.
