Major jobs conducted:

· Gas Turbine and Gas Compressor Zero Hour Replacement in Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited.
· Overhauling of CAT Solar Turbines Turbo Generator and Compression Package at Zamzama Oil/Gas Field/Rig, Dadu Sindh, operated by BHP Billiton Pakistan.
· Turnkey project (including installation, commissioning and testing) for Solar Turbines Taurus70 Gas Turbine based Cogeneration Power Plant with SIEMENS PLCs TTS3 control and Energy Management system. Gas regulating station with Fisher-Rosemount control was also included.
· Installation and commissioning Centaur-50 Gas Turbine (4.2MW) ABB Generator with TTS1 control system and ARIEL AR-208 Gas Compressor Package.
· Onsite removal, dismantling, rectification and assembly of LEROY SOMER 7.2MW Generator.

Routine jobs include:

· Preventive Maintenance services for Gas Turbines, Gas Compressors & Generators along with their control systems, mostly installed with BECKHOFF PROFIBUS-DP, SIEMENS PLCs based Safety Chains, and Software based Governing, BENTLY-NEVADA Condition Monitoring systems, RELIANCE ELECTRIC Drives etc…
· Onsite Exchange of Gas Turbines and Gearboxes for Turbo Generator packages.
· Upgrading and modifications in the WOODWARD Load sharing and speed regulation systems and control system including TTS1, TTS2 & TTS3.
· Handling Electric Power T&D related issues including HT, MV, LV, feeders and Transformers.
· Installation, commissioning, re-programming and re-configuration of Energy Management System utilizing NATIONAL INSTRUMENTS Field Point Lab View Environment and Energy Balance Calculation for the entire Cogeneration plant.
· Project Management for on going installations.
