Position: Staff Drilling Engineer
Main Activities: Indefinite contract hired as a staff to follow up drilling/completion operation as well as carry on drilling and completion programs, supplements, contingency/emergency plans, AFE and cost estimates for the rig assigned in the Southern Area Oil Drilling Dept. and recently assigned to the Gas Drilling and WO Dept. where HPHT formations are daily drilled thru. Provide technical assistance and real-time advising from open hole single horizontal laterals to Maximum Reservoir Contact (MRC) multilateral wells under total losses condition completed with the latest smart technology (swell packers, neutron ICV's, fiber optic DHG's, etc). Provide technical input to bids for service and equipment. Ensure end of well reports (EOWR) and completion reports are loaded in the Oracle Data Base on time.
01/2006 to 05/2007 HOBARK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED Position: Drilling Consultant
Main Activities: Optimize and enhance SPDC (Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria) operation practices and procedures thru rDTL performance management consisting mainly in beating the competition (drop operational times) in Well Delivery Dept. Carry out technical design and put together well programs for a pacesetter drilling campaign of 8 swamp horizontal oil wells . Port Harcourt - Nigeria
