Direct a group of 12 welders, assign different tasks for each one, qualification of welders, review of WQR, PQR, MTR, NDT results such as PT, UT, VT. Welding material control, lay out –fit up inspection of panels, pipe radial launders, periphery launder, radial launder supports at reaction well and clean out nozzles- guide rods according to fabrication drawings and project specifications. Revise welding and fabrication defects, ensure all welding shall conform to the latest standard of the ASME code section IX. Generate daily welding reports, weld maps, ndt request reports, punch list reports, etc.
Conduct safety meetings.

Direct a group of 10 subordinates to achieve assignments implementing best safe practices. Performance of preheats, post weld heat treat and hardness test (Vickers, Brinell, Rockwell B and C) on P1, P4, P5A and P5B piping material with thicknesses up to 155 mm. Performance of alloy verification (PMI) on P4, P5 and P8 welding joints. Execution of daily preheats, PWHT, hardness test and alloy verification reports for leak test and turn over packages. Visual inspection of welds. Work with Field Supervisors to conduct QC checks to ensure compliance with Client requirements. Recommend to the Team Leader modifications to improve the system. Record all job data and participate in the Post-Job Reports preparation.
