Consultant - Project Manager: Lead a cross-functional team of consultant engineers to implement feasibility studies and establish proof of concept for Records Information Management (RIM) in KNPC. Planned and scheduled the design of the RIM system. Applied the DIRKS methodology and US Military standards to achieve efficiency and quality of the design. Performed risk and change management to steer the project within schedule and cost limits. Controlled the budget, distributed the WBS, Allocated the resources and monitored the progress.
