Safety Superintendent - Manage Health, Safety & Environmental activities of a project.

Primary responsibility is focused towards the fulfillment of the company's HSE objectives in various areas such as construction safety, emergency response, risk assessment, code review and sustainable improvement in generation of waste.

I joined Resource Sciences Arabia Limited (RSAL) as Safety Superintendent on September 3, 2006. We are a construction technical services (CTS) contractor of Saudi Aramco providing engineers, supervisors, and inspectors to support majority of Saudi Aramco’s projects with in the Kingdom. I am currently part of the Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (SAPMT). The project is a crude increment mega project that involves a crude and gas upstream processing plants which is estimated to cost at around 15 Billion USD with a target capacity of 1.2 MM barrel/day.

Prior to joining RSAL, I was the HSE Head for D. M. Consunji, Inc. (DMCI, ISO 9001 & 14001 certified), Al Ghalilah Construction Corporation LLC, Safety Engineer for DMCI, Engineering Supervisor for Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) of Bristol Myers Squibb (Philippines) and Safety Engineer, Environmental specialist and security coordinator of Visteon Philippines (EMS 14001/QMS 9001/TS 16949 certified). I hold various positions as Safety Engineer/Officer of increasing responsibility in Hitachi Computer Products (EMS 14001/QMS 9001 certified), Southern Energy/Mirant Phils. (EMS 14001 certified) and Procter and Gamble.
