Defined ICAPS Configuration and Managed Procedures (pre-com & com completion procedures, Task control procedure, Punch List procedures, ICAPS control procedures Etc.), Installed ICAPS software as client and work station, upgraded ICAPS software, Ensured ICAPS Network availability, Socialized ICAPS software and Punch List management, trained ICAPS user adhering to the Opercom™ methodology.

Provided database analysis and technical support to all ICAPS users, suggested technical modification to ICAPS Software Development Company. Managed ICAPS database preparation, planing and population, followed-up of ICAPS implementation, converting Engineering database in to ICAPS database with monitoring and Integrity check of the database population including Verification of Subsystem limit mark-ups, rectifying software error & data error.

Tailored crystal reports, Specific Pre-com and Com Progress reports, Monitored Com schedule and Punch list follow-up and management, (pre)com dossier management, highlighted technical problem and provided technical expertise to speed up PL clearance.
Verified database updating, Organized witnessing of Pre-com / commissioning activities, Produced daily reports status to monitor the progress, liaised with Start-up Team,

Reviewed CTR’s pre-commissioning / commissioning procedures & work methods. Established a tracking systems ,weekly status reports for input to planning system, coordinated and interacted by providing technical assistance to all Project planning & Management Team.
