Professional Experience
• Receiving and reviewing Purchase Requisitions from different Departments of the plant.
• Preparing Requests for Quotations, Offers Comparisons & Analysis, confirm with technical departments, the accuracy of the required specifications.
• Negotiations with vendors over Prices, Specifications, Delivery Terms, or any other conditions to ensure cost effective high quality products are purchased & delivered.
• Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors on price, payment condition and delivery terms.
• Preparation of Purchase Orders & Subcontract Agreements.
• Preparation of Letter of Credits.
• Purchase order administration including expediting and follow up action until delivery to site.
• To ensure the availability of required material at right time for the construction activity to progress as planned.
• Arrange for clearance from seaport/airport through Company's Clearing Agent.
• Keep records of the procured materials.
• Follow up of Purchase Orders with Local & International Vendors.
• Generating complete purchase documents for payment of invoices to Finance Department.
Company's Approach in purchase of material required in the performance of the Contract.
• Procurement of Equipments, spare parts for the equipment, Construction materials, office supplies, Electronics office automations system, computers, etc.
• Coordinate and guide the Warehouse personnel about the material storage and inventory controls.
• Conduct meetings with Suppliers, Top management about the procurement procedures.
• Maintain a database of all suppliers and contractors, pre-qualifying them and preparing agreements for all suppliers.
• Coordinates between the various departments of the Organization
• Provide complete supports to all running and bidding projects.
• Provide complete support to Tendering Department for quotations and other assistance to complete the Bids.
• Coordination with Consultant for Bidding jobs and the bid requirements.
• Prepare and update Aramco IDs and other IDs (plant access permits) for employees and equipments.
• Ensure materials and office supplies availability on time
• Assist higher managements on day to day operations.
• Preparing and administering the following contracts: -Custom Clearance, Transportation, Drinking Water, Maintenance of Fire Alarm System, Office equipments Maintenance, Plus Cleaning Contract.
