Project Controls – Manager – Sahkalin Island, Russia (76 Kilometer Oil Pipeline Installation Project)
• Interact daily with Fluor and Exxon Netgas Limited (ENL) Construction Managers regarding status of the Project.
• Developed Project Scorecards – summary level used to flag Management regarding progress and areas of concern.
