Detailed job description of the last seven contracts :
• Develop consistent & effective Project control philosophies, systems, and procedures for the project
• Ensure the project is executed to the project management practices and the requirements with in the contract
• Preparing the detail network, schedules (Weekly& Monthly), reports for the multi -discipline project
• Identify schedule variances and remedial actions to control project duration and reduce impact on project budget
• Make recommendation for performance improvement and/ or corrective action to management
• Lead timesheet administration and reporting for invoicing purposes
• Interface with all level of project management team and client management for project control issues and presentation
• Prepare project cash flows
• Provide detailed schedule analysis to support project management
• Prepare the project program, and allocate CTR, and develop WBS
• Assist the project Manager with various reports like progress report, Cost report, Recovery plans ,Corrective action plans and Resource Identification
• Manage project change control and maintain change control records and justifications
• Lead the assurance process
• Handling a team of Planners, Estimators, Cost controllers, Contracts administrator, Document controller and project Administrator
• Working together with Customer to achieve the performance
• Preparing the Method statements for the projects
• Preparing the Field query for the projects
• Preparing the Material approvals for the project

• REFRACTORY ENGINEERING FROM KOCHIN REFINARY
• PRE-DEGREE WITH GOOD CAREER, KERELA UNIVERSITY
• S.S.L.C WITH GOOD CAREER , KERELA UNIVERSITY
