Responsibilities:
•TAKT Time & Cycle Time calculations for the Condensers and
Evaporators of the assembly lines.
•Layout Design and Modification of the assembly lines
•Work instructions preparation of the assembly lines
•Business Metrics construction and making improvement.
•Tooling and spare parts selection.
•Increase productivity and utilization of production lines by finding the bottle nicks and finding a solution for it
•EH&S rules following.
Achievements :
•Cycle time calculation for the Condensers and Evaporators
Assembly lines based on video capturing & reduced it.
•Increase Productivity by making line Re-Balance so that TAKT Time reduced
• Issuing Visual work instruction of the condenser and Evaporators assembly lines.

At the beginning my work was setup , load and unload dies after that my work was adjusting and operating the machines after that I became shift engineer
