My experience ranges from Project, Commissioning, Maintenance of rotating/stationary equipment, Condition Monitoring using vibration analysis, Trouble-shooting & Failure analysis of rotating machinery, Material Planning, chalking out reliability improvement programmes based on RCM, cost-control initiatives to maintenance planning (through SAP-PM/MM) and shutdown / turnaround planning in one of India's premier integrated petrochemical complexes (M/S Reliance Industries Limited) for Thirteen years. I have also been reviewing the safe work procedures in the complex on a regular basis and worked as Senior Manager - (Mechanical Maintenance) for MEG / HDPE / PP / PVC / VCM / PE Ducting and PTA Plants .Presently working with M/s.STPC, Iran as a Sr.Mechanical Engineer (Sr.Technical Advisor) for PTA-I & II (Licensed by Technimont & MHI ) and PET-I(Licensed by Zimmer) plant.
