Areas of Experience

Overall responsible for fabrication and erection works in workshops/project sites that include piping and structural fabrication and field erection of fabricated items.

Plans, Organizes and executes fabrication and erection works in accordance with project schedule and erection sequencing.

Identifies material, specification, Inspection requirements and organizes for stage inspection as required.

Organizes materials and equipments for upcoming jobs in advance.

Prepares daily progress reports and forward to planning department.

Receives drawings and schedules and bill of materials checks for correctness and completeness of the materials.

Understands fabrication drawing and sequences, explains to fabricators.

Supervises fabrication crew.

Prepare work schedules of all related activities to ensure smooth operation of the task/project

Assign manpower and equipment in accordance with priorities.

Ensures that all fabrication related equipments are available and in a safe and working order.

Ensures all activities carried out by subordinates are performed in accordance with company or client safety rules: Men working are wearing protective clothing and using required safety equipment.

Conducts periodic (Monthly, Quarterly) inventory of all fabrication related equipment/material; lists down materials and equipment required for ordering/ purchasing.

Prepares reports, Ensures time cards of subordinates are prepared, entries are correct and submit for approval.

Adheres to company policies, procedures, government laws, rules & Regulations and work retirements.
