Looking for a QA QC job

Having 16 Years of experience in the construction industry like Refinery, Mining Project, Hydro Power Projects, Gas Projects & LNG Project, Offshore Oil & Gas facilities like Platforms, Well heads, Risers, Buoyancy Tanks, and FPSO. Mainly responsible for monitoring or ensuring through Inspection, audit or surveillance that the activities being carried out by contractor is in compliance with the specified requirements. Also ensure the contractor’s quality documents for completeness/correctness. Review QA/QC documents like ITP, WPS, NDE reports, PWHT charts, Hardness, PMI reports. Witness Hydro/Pneumatic Test, Welding Procedure Qualification, Welder Performance Qualifications, pump alignments, Equipment erection /internal inspection, bolt torquing. Insulation Inspection of piping and Equipments. Perform Mechanical Punch Listing and assist Pre-commissioning activities. Having sufficient experience and knowledge about all conventional NDT methods such as RT, UT, and MT & PT. Inspection of Coating/lining requirements for the different paint system on piping, tanks and vessel etc. as per project requirements. Risk based inspection for on-plot piping and static equipment etc. Familiar with most of the international standards.

• PAINTING INSPECTOR BGAS GRADE-2 from TWI, UK (certif. # 25653)
• ASNT LEVEL ll in Ultrasonic testing
• ASNT LEVEL ll in Magnetic Particle testing
• ASNT LEVEL ll in Radiographic testing
• ASNT LEVEL ll in Dye Penetrating testing
