Prepares construction specifications, cost and material estimates, project schedules & reports. Prepare preliminary costing, quantity and cost estimating. Assist in developing engineering specifications and drawings. Assist in conducting inspection and communicates with the community resident engineers regarding construction and work request. Monitors progress, cost and status report of all projects such as Lump Sum, Work Unit Rate and Time Unit Rate. Undertake cost analysis for repair & maintenance project work. Process documentation procedures of the proposed project by the proponent from project start to completion. Project Description: 11 Elevated Stations on a 13 Kilometer stretch of Light Railway Transit.
Evaluates the financial and contractual aspects of the contractors claim on fluctuations, effects of labor escalation. Act as an arbitrator in cases of disputes in claims between the contractor & the proponent. Conduct site investigation & valuing work in progress. Evaluates proposed variation orders. Advises settlement of final cost with the contractor & sub-contractor on the completion of the project.

Projects Undertaken: EDSA-Estrella Flyover Project
Evaluation of progress billings and Cost variation orders. Inspect and monitor the fabrication of rebar for the bridge construction. Checks bar bending schedules for the flyover. Inspects the concreting of bridge structures like bored piles, columns, coping beams and slab. Inspect also the formworks for all bridge structures. Inspects the asphalting of concrete pavements. Inspects the installation of pre-fabricated parapet walls and the concreting of curbs & gutter.
