• Directing, monitoring and coordinating, sectional processes, evaluations and plans, to guarantee standard running conditions and process productivity in accordance to daily / monthly production plans and schedule
• Appraising immediate superior of possible problems or of technical emergencies, taking immediate corrective measures if required.
• Submitting monthly data of performance parameters to the upper management, along with proposals to eliminate bottlenecks in production operations in site works
• Enforcing obedience to safety regulations, reviewing safety manuals. Conducting weekly safety programmes for all sections of the employees Ensuring operational readiness of all safety and emergency equipment in the company.
• Responsible for quality control and quality assurance of work
• Successfully redefined the integration process between the civil department and other electrical, mechanical departments
• Checking and supervising the work as per drawing and specifications.
• Checking the Quality of materials brought at site.
• Taking steps to achieve the target as per the program / bar chart.
• Ensure structural checks reinforcements , various other inspections with consultant at regular intervals

Bachelors degree in construction Engineering Mumbai University, India 1998
Diploma In Computer programming and Application , creating reports, draft Microsoft Excel, Windows, basic programming Knowledge in Autocad Ver14
