Safety is the number one priority when I work. It is better to slow down and make sure all is safe instead of pushing on and breaking people and equipment.
I have worked with all kinds of jobs during my youth and I am very adaptable to new environments. Spend 14 months in Kosovo serving in the KFOR so team play is not a problem, it is fun.
